Service Overview

NovaTrend provides a Shopify-connected workflow for approved product listings, inventory monitoring, analytics, content planning, and TikTok marketing support for the authorized NovaTrend store owner.

Authorized Use

The TikTok integration may only be used with TikTok accounts that the store owner is authorized to connect. The integration prepares product scripts, captions, hashtags, video or slideshow plans, schedules, and performance reports.

Publishing and Advertising Approval

Publishing, scheduling, and advertising workflows must be reviewed by the authorized account owner. Paid advertising campaigns and budgets should not be launched unless the owner approves the campaign details and any required platform terms.

Store and Product Responsibility

The store owner is responsible for reviewing product listings, prices, images, claims, shipping information, marketing content, marketplace rules, and legal compliance before selling or advertising products.

Account Access

NovaTrend does not sell TikTok account access, transfer account ownership, or authorize access to accounts without the account owner's permission. Account access can be revoked through Shopify, TikTok, or the relevant platform settings.

Private Data

Private Shopify supplier cost data, CJ Dropshipping source data, profit calculations, and internal AI scores are intended for private admin use only. Storefront customers see only public product information such as title, description, images, variants, reviews, and selling price.

Availability

Platform APIs, marketplace connections, and social publishing tools may change or require platform review. NovaTrend may update the integration to remain compatible with Shopify, TikTok, and other approved services.
